Turnaround & Dispatch

As a made-to-order brand, each garment is individually handmade once your order has been placed. Our standard turnaround time is 7 working days (excluding weekends & Bank Holidays).

You will receive an automated dispatch email with tracking once your order has been completed. We kindly ask customers to allow the full turnaround timeframe before requesting dispatch updates.

If you require your order sooner, priority production services are available (see below).

Customs & Import Fees (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or handling fees set by your destination country. These charges are not controlled or collected by STUDIIO 96 and must be paid for delivery to proceed.

By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any applicable customs or import charges. Failure to pay customs fees may result in the parcel being delayed, refused, or returned.

As all garments are made to order, orders returned due to unpaid customs charges are not eligible for refunds.

Once your order has been produced and handed to the courier, our service is considered fulfilled. Refusal to pay customs fees does not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

We strongly recommend monitoring tracking closely, as couriers may request payment prior to delivery and may not always send email notifications.

UK Delivery Options

Orders are dispatched within our standard turnaround time unless a faster production service has been selected.

Delivery estimates after dispatch:

1st Class Signed — 1–3 working days (£5.90)

2nd Class Signed — 2–5 working days (£4.75)

Supersaver (untracked) — 5–9 working days (£2.50)

International Delivery

We ship worldwide.

Orders are dispatched within our standard turnaround time unless Fast Track production has been selected.

Delivery estimates after dispatch:

Super Saver — 10–14 working days (£15)

Saver — 7–10 working days (£18)

Standard — 5–7 working days (£22)

Express — 3–5 working days (£30)

Priority Production & Faster Turnaround

Because all garments are handmade, faster services prioritise production. Priority services remain subject to fabric availability. If we are unable to fulfil a priority service, you will be refunded promptly.

Rush Order — UK Only

  • 1 working day production
  • Orders must be placed before 11am (GMT), Monday–Thursday
  • Same-day dispatch via Royal Mail Special Delivery
  • £35

Orders placed after the cut-off will be processed the next working day.

Express Saver — UK Only

  • 2 working day production
  • Orders must be placed before 1pm (GMT), Monday–Thursday
  • Dispatched using Royal Mail Special Delivery following production
  • £25

Fast Track International

  • 2 working day production

  • Orders must be placed before 1pm (GMT), Monday–Thursday

  • Dispatched using Express international courier

  • Delivery typically within 2–4 working days after dispatch

Tracking

All orders are dispatched with tracking once production has been completed. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to activate after dispatch. Tracking updates will typically show when a parcel is out for delivery on the day a courier attempts delivery. We recommend monitoring your tracking regularly so you are aware of the expected delivery date, as this can help prevent missed deliveries or failed delivery attempts.

All tracking updates and courier notifications will be sent to the email address used when placing your order. This includes dispatch confirmation, tracking details, customs payment requests, and any delivery updates. Please ensure you have access to this email account. Failure to review these updates may result in missed delivery attempts, customs delays, or returned parcels.

Tracking for UK orders

UK parcels are shipped via Royal Mail, with bookings processed through Parcel2Go.

As a result, you may receive more than one tracking reference, including:

  • Parcel2Go (P2G) reference number
  • Royal Mail tracking number

Both references may provide updates at different stages of transit.

Tracking for international Orders

International shipments are booked via Parcel2Go and typically sent using couriers such as FedEx, UPS, or DPD.

All international orders will include:

  • Parcel2Go (P2G) reference number
  • Courier tracking number
  • Local tracking number

In some cases, once your parcel reaches the destination country, an additional local tracking number may become available. This can usually be accessed using the Parcel2Go reference.

We strongly recommend monitoring tracking regularly, as customs requests, delivery attempts, or courier updates may appear without email notification.

Delivery Responsibility

Once your parcel has been handed to the courier, STUDIIO 96 no longer has direct control over the shipment.

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the courier and may be affected by customs clearance, courier delays, or failed delivery attempts.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking and ensuring availability to receive delivery. For the most accurate updates, we recommend contacting the courier directly.

Address Accuracy, Changes & Delivery Instructions

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. This must include house or building number, street name, city, and postcode/ZIP code.

For flats, apartments, hotels, concierge buildings, or gated properties, please ensure all relevant details are provided, including flat numbers, building names, access codes, or delivery instructions required for successful delivery.

If you realise your delivery address is incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order so we can update our system before dispatch.

Once a courier booking has been made and the parcel has been dispatched, we are unable to amend delivery details.

Incomplete or incorrect address information may result in delays, failed delivery attempts, or the parcel being returned.

Address Changes, Lost & Redirected Parcels

We are not liable for parcels lost due to incorrect address details, freight forwarding services, or delivery instructions provided to the courier.

If tracking confirms a parcel as delivered, STUDIIO 96 cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, or misplacement after delivery.

In cases where a parcel appears delayed or missing, customers must raise an investigation directly with the courier. We will always assist where possible; however, refunds cannot be issued for parcels confirmed delivered by the courier.

Missed, Refused & Unclaimed Deliveries

Orders are produced specifically for each customer and are dispatched with the intention of successful delivery.

Once your garment has been made and handed to the courier, our service is considered fulfilled.

Parcels returned due to missed delivery attempts, failure to collect from delivery points, refusal of delivery, or unpaid customs charges are not eligible for refunds.

Choosing not to accept or collect a parcel does not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking, responding to courier notifications, and ensuring delivery can be completed successfully.
