What is your Turnover/Dispatch time?

We are a made-to-order brand, therefore each garment is individually made only once an order has been placed. We intend to dispatch all items within 5 working days (Excludes weekends & Bank Holidays). We offer faster turnover time for UK & International orders so if you would like your item/s faster, please use the appropriate shipping option.

An email will be issued along with a tracking code once the item has been dispatched. Please allow 5 working days before emailing regarding the dispatch of your order. If you have not received an email after 5 working days then email us at info@studiio96.com and we will look into this for you. Please ensure you FULLY read our FAQ, Shipping & Delivery and our Terms and Conditions page before purchasing. We will NOT cancel/refund orders once an order has been placed.

What are my delivery options?

UK

Our U.K parcels are sent via Royal Mail. Orders are dispatched within 5 working days unless you have purchased our Rush Order or our Express service. Delivery time frames after your item has been dispatched are listed below.

  • 1st Class Signed for (1-3 working days)- £5.90.

  • 2nd Class Signed for (2-5 working days) - £4.75.

  • Supersaver (Not tracked) (5-9 working days)- £2.50

Our faster turnover times are listed below:

  • Rush Order (1 working day)- £35

  • Express (2 working day)- £25

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we ship worldwide. Orders are dispatched within 5 working days unless you have purchased our Fast Track International Service. Delivery time frames after your item has been dispatched are listed below.

  • Super saver (5 working day turnover tim + 10-14 days) - £15

  • Saver (within 7-10 working days)- £18

  • Standard shipping (within 5-7 working days) - £22

  • Express Shipping (within 3-5 working days)- £30

Customs & Import Charges (International Orders)

We’re a UK-based brand, so if you’re ordering from outside the UK, please make sure to read our FAQ and Shipping & Delivery sections before placing your order. This ensures you’re aware of any customs or import fees that may apply, as well as Postal Delivered Duties (PDDP) systems set by your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority — not by us — and must be paid before your parcel can be delivered to avoid any delays.

Do you offer next day delivery? UK orders

Rush Order Service UK orders only

We offer our UK customers a rush order service for Next Day Delivery ( Mon-Thurs only & U.K orders only). The specified turnover time for this service is 1 working day. Orders must be received before 11:00am GMT time. This service will prioritize your order and will be dispatched the same day for next day delivery. Your order will be shipped via Royal Mail Special Guaranteed. Orders placed after 11:00am for next day delivery will be dispatched the following working day. Please note this service is an additional £35.

We are a small made-to-order brand therefore we do not keep stock of item/s or keep large amounts of fabric. In order to fulfil our faster track services, we will need to ensure we have enough fabric in stock to make & dispatch your order within the specified time frame. If we are unable to fulfil this service, you will be refunded promptly.

This service includes:

  • Royal Mail Next Day Guarantee cost - £10.50
  • Priorty queue jump to make & dispatch your order same day - £25.50

Express Saver (2 day delivery) UK orders only

We are introducing our new 2 day delivery option ( Mon-Thurs only & U.K orders only). The turnover time for this service is 2 working day. Orders must be received before 1pm. This service will prioritise your order and will be dispatched the following working day. Orders will be sent via Royal Mail Next Day Guarantee the day AFTER your purchase. For example, if you order Monday before 1pm, your order will be dispatched Tuesday and you will receive your order Wednesday.

We emphasize that orders must be placed by 1pm, unfortunately any orders placed after 1pm will be processed the next working day therefore please allow an additional 1+ day to receive your order. This service is an additional £25.

This service includes:

Do you do next day delivery for international orders?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer Next Day Guarantee for international orders however we have a fast track option for International orders (Mon-Thurs only & U.K orders only). The turnover time for this service is 2 working day. Orders must be received before 1pm GMT time. This service will prioritise your order and will be dispatched within 2 working day. Orders will be sent using Fast Track International the day AFTER your purchase. *For example, if you order Monday before 1pm GMT Time, your order will be dispatched Wednesday and you will receive your order within 2-4 working days after dispatch.

Customs Information for International Orders

You are responsible for covering any incoming customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees that may be applied by your destination country. These fees are set by local customs authorities and are not controlled by us. We only charge for the shipping service to post your order from the UK.

We always aim to deliver within the stated timeframe; however, once your parcel has been dispatched, it is beyond our direct control. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance or courier handling in your destination country. If your parcel is unclaimed or undeliverable because no one is available to receive it, we are also not responsible for any resulting delays or returns. Please ensure you continue tracking your parcel to avoid any missed deliveries.

Important Update for U.S. Customers

As of August 2025, U.S. Customs & Border Protection introduced new regulations that affect goods imported from the UK and other countries. The previous “de minimis” exemption — which allowed packages valued under $800 to enter the U.S. duty-free — has been removed. This means even lower-value shipments may now be subject to customs duties, taxes, or additional processing fees upon arrival in the U.S.

Some couriers and postal services have introduced new systems, such as Postal Delivered Duties Paid (PDDP), to streamline customs clearance by pre-paying duties on your behalf. Please ensure that any customs or import fees are paid promptly, as couriers will not be able to deliver your parcel until these charges have been settled. This may cause delays in your delivery, so we highly recommend completing any payments as soon as possible to avoid disruption. **Please note that these fees are set by your destination country’s customs authority and are not determined by us.**We understand these changes can cause inconvenience, but unfortunately, they are outside our control. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information about applicable rates or restrictions before placing your order.

Delivery Service

We do our best to deliver within the stated time, however we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the courier. Once the item has been dispatched, it is beyond our control. We are not responsible for any unclaimed parcels if no one is able to receive your parcel so please make sure you continue tracking your parcel to ensure it arrives on time.

We use a range of couriers to ensure we provide the fastest & most reliable service. The majority of our deliveries are handled by Royal Mail, DPD, Parcel Force & FEDEX. On the odd occasion we may use an alternative courier service.

Do you offer free shipping?

We provide free shipping on orders above £150 for UK and international orders. Use code: FREESHIPPING.

Redirecting parcels & Lost Packages

Please note, we do not take any responsibility for delivery to shipping companies or freight forwarders, this will be at your own risk. Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we’re unable to redirect orders once they’re on their way to you. Once an order has been made, we are unable to make any changes to the delivery address. It is solely the responsiblity of the customer if there are any changes made or packages lost in the process. We are not liable for any lost packages once it has been handed to the courier. We are happy to asssit in retrieving your parcel however we unable to offer refunds in the event your parcel is missing.

Where can I find the tracking number?

You will receive an automated email once your item/s have been dispatched. The email will confirm your order, shipping provider and tracking number.
