Exchange Policy

STUDIIO 96 operates an exchange-only policy due to the made-to-order nature of our garments.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

What qualifies for an exchange?

You may request an exchange if:

  • Your item does not fit
  • You received a faulty item
  • You received the incorrect item
  • You would prefer an alternative style or size

How long do I have to exchange an item?

Exchange requests must be made within 14 working days of delivery.

Items must then be returned within 7 working days of exchange approval.

How to request an exchange?

Please email the following information:

  • Name
  • Order number
  • Reason for exchange
  • Requested replacement item

All exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Garment condition requirements

Items must be returned:

  • Unworn and unaltered
  • With original tags intact
  • Free from makeup, fragrance, fake tan, or damage

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for exchange.

Returning your item

Our team will respond to your email regarding your exchange within 48 hours. Once your exchange has been approved, please send back the item/s within 7 working days from date of exchange approval.

We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service when returning items, as we are not responsible for parcels lost in transit.

Please retain proof of postage until your exchange has been completed.

After we receive your return

Once received, your item will be inspected to confirm eligibility.

If approved, your replacement garment will be produced within our standard 7 working day turnaround time.

You will receive a new dispatch email with tracking once your replacement has been shipped.
