About STUDIIO 96
STUDIIO 96 is a made-to-order brand, meaning each garment is individually handmade once your order has been placed.
Our standard turnaround time is 7 working days (excluding weekends & Bank Holidays). If you require your order sooner, Rush and Express production options are available at checkout.
Why is my order pending or not dispatched?
As each piece is handmade to order, your item will remain in pending/processing while it is being cut, sewn, and prepared in our studio. This is completely normal and simply means your garment is currently in production.
You will receive a dispatch email with tracking once your order has been completed. We kindly ask customers to allow the full turnaround timeframe before requesting updates.
How long will delivery take?
Turnaround time and delivery time are separate.
Turnaround time refers to production (5–7 working days). Delivery time refers to courier shipping after dispatch.

Do you offer Rush or Next-Day delivery?
Yes, we offer priority production services for customers who need their order sooner. Rush and Express options prioritise your garment in our production queue and reduce turnaround time.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or handling fees set by your local customs authority. Failure to pay customs charges may result in delays or the parcel being returned.
These charges are not controlled by STUDIIO 96 and must be paid for delivery to proceed.

Can I amend or cancel my order?
Due to our made-to-order process, orders cannot be cancelled or amended once production has begun.
If you need to correct your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
Sizing & Custom Orders
Our garments are crafted from stretch fabrics designed for a sculpted fit.
We recommend reviewing the size chart before purchasing. If you are between sizes or would like adjustments to length, fit, or colour, our Custom Made Service is available.
Can I customise a design?
Yes, we offer a Custom Made Service where adjustments to sizing, length, colour, and certain design elements may be possible.
Please contact us before purchasing to discuss your request, as not all modifications can be accommodated once production has begun.
Custom pieces are made specifically for you and may not be eligible for exchange unless a fault is present.
What fabrics do you use?
Most STUDIIO 96 garments are crafted using stretch Polyester/Lycra blends designed to sculpt and contour the body.
Some styles may feature lightweight or sheer elements. Fabric details are always listed within each product description and we encourage reviewing these before purchasing.
Garment Care & Fabric Notes
Due to the handmade nature of our garments and the use of stretch and speciality fabrics, slight variations in colour and appearance may occur depending on lighting, photography, and screen settings.
Some pieces may feature delicate fabrics, prints, or hardware and should be handled with care. We recommend gentle hand washing or spot cleaning where appropriate.
Specific care instructions for delicate garments will be noted on individual product pages.
Will items restock?
As a made-to-order brand, garments are not pre-made or held as physical stock. Each piece is individually created once an order has been placed. When we refer to “stock”, this relates to the fabric allocated for each design, rather than finished garments.
Most styles remain available while fabric is still in our studio. However, certain colours, textures, and speciality fabrics including limited prints such as our Animal Print and Midnight Jungle may be available in limited quantities and can be discontinued without notice depending on supplier availability.
Due to the nature of fabric sourcing, once these materials are depleted, restocks cannot always be guaranteed.
If a style or fabric you love becomes unavailable, please feel free to contact us, we will always do our best to suggest alternative fabrics or similar options where possible.
Do you offer PR or influencer gifting?
We occasionally collaborate with creators and stylists whose aesthetic aligns with the STUDIIO 96 brand. Due to the handmade nature of our garments, collaborations are highly selective.

Do you offer refunds?
We currently offer exchanges only.
Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and returned with tracking confirmation.
Once approved, your replacement garment will be produced within our standard turnaround timeframe. Our team will always do our best to ensure your replacement garment fits and feels perfect.
