About STUDIIO 96

STUDIIO 96 is a made-to-order fashion brand. Each garment is individually handmade once an order has been placed. By purchasing from our website, you acknowledge that items are produced specifically for you and are not pre-made or held as standard inventory.

Because of the made-to-order nature of our garments, production time is required before dispatch.

Made-to-Order Policy

All garments are made to order and production begins shortly after an order has been placed.

Because items are produced specifically for each customer, orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

If you need to amend an order, please contact us within 4 hours of purchase. After this time, changes may not be possible depending on production status.

Due to the made-to-order nature of our garments, refunds are not offered for change of mind once production has begun.

Production Time

All garments are produced within our studio.

Our standard production timeframe is 7 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) before dispatch.

Priority production services may be available for certain orders and will be clearly stated at checkout. These services prioritise your order in our production schedule but remain subject to fabric availability.

Handmade Production

All STUDIIO 96 garments are individually handmade.

Minor variations in stitching, placement, or finishing may occur and are considered part of the handmade nature of the product.

Fabric Characteristics

Our garments are constructed from stretch fabrics designed to contour the body. Fit may vary slightly depending on body shape and fabric tension.

Due to the nature of stretch fabrics, slight variations in fit may occur.

Sizing Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing the sizing chart provided before placing an order.

Our garments are made using stretch fabrics designed to contour the body. Measurements are intended as a guide.

If you are unsure about sizing, we are more than happy to assist. Please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to provide guidance based on your measurements and the style of the garment.

While we are always happy to help advise, STUDIIO 96 cannot be held responsible for incorrect size selection.

Product Representation

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and colours are accurately displayed.

However, slight variations may occur due to:

• Lighting during photography

• Individual screen settings

• Fabric characteristics

Slight variations between images and the final garment may occur.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timeframes are separate from production time.

Once your garment has been completed, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email including tracking details.

Estimated delivery speeds depend on the shipping option selected at checkout.

Delivery estimates are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

While we aim to meet all stated delivery estimates, shipping timeframes are provided by courier services and are outside of our direct control.

STUDIIO 96 cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other external factors once the parcel has been dispatched.

Tracking

Tracking information will be sent to the email address used when placing your order.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring availability to receive their parcel.

Failure to monitor tracking or respond to courier notifications may result in missed delivery attempts or returned parcels.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

This must include:

• House or building number

• Street name

• City

• Postcode / ZIP code

• Any relevant delivery instructions (such as flat numbers, building access codes, concierge information, etc.)

If you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order so we can update our system before dispatch.

Once a courier has been booked and the parcel has been dispatched, we are unable to amend delivery details.

Incomplete or incorrect addresses may result in delays, failed delivery attempts, or returned parcels.

Customs & Import Charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or handling fees set by the destination country.

These charges are not controlled or collected by STUDIIO 96 and must be paid by the customer before delivery can proceed.

By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any applicable customs or import charges.

Failure to pay customs fees may result in delivery delays, refusal of the parcel, or the parcel being returned.

Because all garments are made to order, orders returned due to unpaid customs charges are not eligible for refunds.

Once your order has been produced and dispatched, our service is considered fulfilled.

Delivery Responsibility

Once a parcel has been handed to the courier, STUDIIO 96 no longer has direct control over the shipment.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring they are available to receive delivery.

Parcels returned due to:

• Missed delivery attempts

• Failure to collect from delivery points

• Refused deliveries

• Unpaid customs charges

are not eligible for refunds.

Courier Liability

Once an order has been dispatched and tracking information has been provided, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the courier.

STUDIIO 96 cannot be held liable for delivery delays, lost parcels, or courier handling issues once the parcel has been dispatched and accepted by the courier network.

Customers must raise delivery issues directly with the courier.

Returned Parcels

Parcels returned due to:

• Incorrect address

• Missed delivery attempts

• Failure to collect

• Refused delivery

• Unpaid customs charges

may require additional shipping fees to be re-sent.

Orders returned for these reasons are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

STUDIIO 96 currently offers exchanges only.

Exchange requests must be made within 14 working days of delivery.

Items must then be returned within 7 working days of exchange approval.

To be eligible for exchange, garments must be:

• Unworn

• Unaltered

• Free from makeup, fragrance, fake tan, or damage

• Returned with original tags intact

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for exchange.

Once received, returned garments will be inspected. If approved, the replacement item will be produced within our standard production timeframe.

Garment Care

Most STUDIIO 96 garments are produced using stretch fabrics designed for comfort and structure.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, we recommend:

Cold machine wash or gentle cycle Air dry only

Some garments featuring delicate fabrics or hardware may require hand washing, which will be specified within the individual product description.

Chargebacks

If a chargeback is initiated for an order that has been fulfilled according to our policies, we reserve the right to dispute the claim using all relevant order documentation, tracking records, and communications.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in refusal of future service.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to designs, images, text, graphics, branding, and logos, is the intellectual property of STUDIIO 96.

Unauthorised reproduction, copying, or commercial use of any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Changes to These Terms

STUDIIO 96 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Any changes will be reflected on this page with the updated revision date.
